The fusion of spaghetti with miso soup base :p Tasted great and it reminded me of home cooked soup noodle~ Time been passing quite fast recently. Been in Glasgow for 3 weeks without realizing it, wish time can pass slower .

Last sunday got a parade off the street behind James Blyth Court from the direction of George Square. Rushed out from the house with ZY after he spotted the parade off his window. Took some 60 photos and will try post next time It;s actually some peaceful march by the catholics and protestants if not mistaken as told by the policeman.

*Finally got my current account and savings account activated with Royal Bank of Scotland. GOna wait for few more days before i can get my cashline card (atm card). It;s kinda strange here that they give 2 cards, one for savings account and one for current account. Anyway, applied for student credit card as well Can go shopping online soon, wheee~

Learnt how to cook my own rice from Lee Zhi Yong today. Din use the rice cooker but instead the stove and pot Another first for me in cooking curry as well~

Most important ingredient: the japanese curry paste.

Drumsticks from Sainsbury’s

Expired potatoes : showing green color skin~

Sauteed the garlic followed by stir frying the potatoes and drumsticks.

Added water, milk and the curry paste and allowed to boil before simmering.

Final product: Best meal in Glasgow so far :p
