Din feel like having pasta for today, hence fried rice again. And this time round, it’s Yong Chow CHao Fan with a twist. For standard recipe, click here. I dun have charsiew so i used bacon once again. For my version, i used scallions, 1 clove of garlic (coz i can;t stand the smell), 1 bulb of onion, 1 thick smoked back bacon, 1egg and shortgrain rice for one person. Browned the garlic, then threw in the onion, followed by bacon and egg (which i pre-fried). Seasoned them with pepper and salt according to ur personal preference (Din add soysauce like the original recipe). Finally, stir fried them with the rice and scallions. Ooollaaaallaaa, it;s nice~!

Chicken kiev with cheese and ham. Bought from Sainsbury (reduced from 1.70 to 1.10). Lovely~

Tasted pretty okie but something is missing. Hmm~ Gona remake this next time :p

Buttermilk cookie. A lil on the rock-hard side and not as tasty as the previous shortbread. This time round i added egg and milk + more flour. I think the problem lies with the egg i added and oso the baking time. Hmm, nvm, trial and error makes perfect cookies~

…to do a list of 6 weird things bout myself.I’ve decided to throw in 12 more weirdness bout my guestbloggers (Acrelaine and Acremun)~ Aren’t you suprised?

Here goes the first 6 weirdness bout me:

Refering to my photo “See Ma, i’m not that thin afterall and my hair not really a mess!”

1: I never share my glass with anyone *thou there are some exceptions*
2: I alwayz like the “wrong” person *god is fooling me?*
3: I can eat the same food for a whole week and in large portions *more than my housemates* Example: pizza, panini or pasta
4: I dig lady site such as those fashion or bra site.
5: I dun watch western porn *wink*
6: I dun really know how to talk with people *that’s y i am sorta quiet*

And now to Acrelaine:

1: eat more than a normal guy (not anorexic)
2: sings chinese songs when she doesnt even know what it meant… including jap and korean songs too..
3: ability to bend more than shin yee …. wtf.. (not for karma sutra purposes)
4: loves pugs when others say its ugly… prolly they havent look in the mirror for yearrs
5: most of the sentences were ended with ‘wtf’s.. and started with’wtf’…….
6: had 3 bf in the same house (joe,u,zy)…

And finally to Acremun:

1: likes to try MI (mission impossible) such as attempting to kiss others when there’s a chance
2: Called Acrix in the middle of the nites..supposed to b some serious tokking (the content shall remain private)..but ended up yelling n scolding him..he actually wanted to put down the phone half way thru but was forced to stay..(poor fella got stucked wit me on the phone where the scolding + chatting continued for hours) (P/S: it’s due to his wanna-kena-slapped answers he gave me during the SERIOUS conversation, so dont blame me =p)
3: Discussing (plain TOKKING k..no actions) bout the wildest imaginary sex wit Acrix. *wink* HA~
4: Imagined myself dating Acrix *omg* (thank god it dint come true..)
5: Got myself a BOB haircut back in school..i looked pretty much like a bun-headed girl *swt* (dont wanna mention..embarassing)
6: Got carried up by 2 MALES n went around the uni during junior’s orientation…THANKS TO ACRIX K…(he was dragged by gals ON THE FLOOR..i requested that..WAHAHHAHAHAAHAH) (ACrix’s comment: This is a lil irrelevant “*_*)

Ending statment by Acremun: Out of 5 freakiest thing happened to me…4 involve Acrix…it’s technically proven that ACRIX IS THE FREAKIEST THING IN MY LIFE LAR!!!

Anyway, i won;t be tagging anyone coz i dun wana be cursed *not like i would curse Cyber-fish*…

Watched Babel till late nite yesterday with Acrelaine and woke up super late this afternoon at 4pm. WHipped up something to eat at 5pm for lunch/dinner. Later will be going out for ‘Blood Diamond” with the guyz at cineworld My contorno is just iceberg lettuce cum mayo + italian seasoning.

Primo: Smoked thick back bacon with spag

CAn u guess wat flavour is this pizza?

Secondo: Scallion tuna mayo pizza topped with tomato and italian seasoning followed by dash of olive oil.

Dolce: Tiramisu by Acrelaine named “JoeMisu” *bang head on pc*

This week gona be an Italian week coz i’ve got myself stocked with lotsa tomatoes, pasta, and pasta sauce Not to mention i’ve got myself a pizza base today. Added toppings (tomatoes, onions, smoked bacons,bbq pork) and seasonings (black pepper + oregano +basil + red pepper + marjoram + thyme + rosemary + sage + parsley).

The first two with everything.

The last one without bacon and tomato.

Final product: Lovely bbq pork taste~ Added some olive oil on top and i laike~

All in one pizza.

Made my shortbread just now with the following recipe: 50g sugar, 100++g butter, 300g flour. Mixed everything well into a dough. Shaped them according to ur liking. Conventional one would be finger, triangle or round(but not like mine). Baked in oven for 30 minz at 165 then ur done. Left it to chill before we started munching ~

Did i lose or gain weight? I felt like i’m getting fatter but my mum complaint i;m getting thinner + my hair is a mess. The right side hair mass is the reflection from back mirror *cough* The shirt that i tried on is quite nice but the bottom design ruined everything *cough* i still get it in the end~
