things been happening lately…

Just yesterday, a tupai decided to come into the store for some fun.

The security guard and me were having a good time trying to catch it only to let it escaped unnoticed.

He’s jumping here and there btw the rack and went into the corner.

Up the pipe i assumed and into the ceiling.

There seems to be a hole around the pipe (prolly where he come from)~

So i got the hole sealed for good and hopefully he won;t come in to feast on those drugs.

Btw, got a call at the pharmacy ard 4 something just now:

Me: Hello, pharmacy here~
Guy A: Hi, i wana book the badminton court for tonite.
ME: cool, but this is a klinik kesihatan ur calling…
Guy A: *silence for a sec* ouuu, this is a clinic~
Me: yes, so do u still want ur court?
Guy A:  sorry, wrong number

And i guess i must be dizzy this afternoon.

Scenario 1:

Me: Auntie this u take 1 tab 5 times a day *relating to enalapril*
Auntie: *terkejut* 5 times????
Me: *shyte* ooops, it’s twice a day…sorry *apologizing*
Auntie: Yeah where can be 5 times rite?
Me: ya ya *smile*

I guess i shall stop with scenario 1.

Just seems to remember bout one pt:

Me: encik, yang ini untuk darah tinggi makan 1 biji sekali sebelum makan *referring to perindopril 8mg*
Him: *smile* oh, yang ini saya tak makan.
Him: saya makan yang 4mg dua kali sehari
Me: “*_* yang ini tak boleh makan dua kali sehari…
Him: betul ke? yang 8mg tak larat…selepas makan saya akan jatuh aka pening…
Me: ya ke? ada bagi tau doktor ka?
Him: takder, saya masih ada dua kotak 8mg kat rumah
Me: pergi jumpa balik doktor dan minta doktor tukar ubat ke 4mg~

After some while the Rx come back with Perindopril 8mg (2tabs of 4mg) od.

Went back to discuss wif dr based on the rationale dat if 8mg can cause him to faint, then 2tab of 4mg should do the same thing~

After some persuasion, okay dr settled for 4mg od and to review back pt thereafter…

Btw, his sbp of the day is 142 which is bit high~

Root of the prob:

Me: okay dr dah tukar ke 4mg, yang ini makan 1biji SATU kali saja~
Him: ouuu, tapi saya kadang kadang tak makan ubat
Me: “*_* kenapa?
Him: saya ada bp mesin dan kalau bp saya okie saya tak makan ubat.
Me: tak boleh la encik, kalau tak makan pasti tekanan darah tak control~
Him: ya ke, tapi saya ada monitor sendiri *damn confident*
Me: tapi encik, bila u kata u pening ada uji tekanan darah tak?
HIm: ada, dia meningkat sampai 160!!!
Me: betul ke?
Him: makan yang 8mg akan meningkat…
ME: *_*”
Me: okie, u makan yang 4mg dan datang balik next week untuk check balik…
Him: satu lagi, yang aspirin tu, selepas makan kalau saya luka, darah tu alir keluar macam air~
Me: *_* dia cair darah tapi takkan sampai dat serious *he’s on 75mg*
Him: betul satu kali, saya ada satu cut kat tangan, dan baju saya semua darah!
Me:Adakah luka itu terlalu dalam? kalau next time berdarah banyak dan tak stop, jumpa doktor~
