First attempt in making it.

Ingredient: Yellow pepper, shitake mushroom, beef, garlic, carrot and of coz dangmyun aka “glass noodle”

Ran out of onion, so omitted it.

Seasoning: Sesame oil, soy sauce and a lil gochujang~

Verdict? It’s just okie, something seems to be missing :p

Spent my yesterday’s nite and today’s afternoon killing those nazis and japs…

a new term dat i came up wif yesterday nite.

Pretty much did nothing lately other than gaming till late nite and drinking.

Met up wif Seemun days ago and just now wif Anson + Shuning.

Later on gona experiment on cooking JapChae…
